Schedule OnlinePregnancy Massage:
Focused treatment for tired moms. During pregnancy, your body is changing every day, which can lead to new aches, stress, and tension. Give yourself some extra support and schedule a treatment with one of our certified prenatal massage therapists. In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, and helps to relax nervous tension. Which aids in better sleep and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

Hot Stone Massage:
This massage therapy procedure offers a deep, relaxing massage with the use of smooth river stones that have been soaked in hot water. The heat generates blood flow and healing as well as reduces pain and tension. The stones slide along the oiled tissue, thus creating a smooth transition which allows for a varied pressure to be used for each client.
Sports Massage:
A massage for active people. Help your body recover more quickly and prevent injury with our sports massage. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, regular massages can help you stay on top of your game. Try this type of massage to ease muscle pain and stiffness, improve performance, prevent injury, and keep you moving.

Myofascial Release:
Myofascial Release is an effective hands-on massage therapy technique that reduces or eliminates myo-fascial restrictions, thereby eliminating pain and restoring motion. Pain begins with restriction of the fascial system, which is the body’s connective tissue. Fascia becomes restricted from any number of causes, such as injury, surgery, stress, repetitious activities, or poor posture.
Craniosacral Therapy:
Craniosacral Work is a gentle but powerful massage therapy modality that has proven beneficial for a variety of conditions. Including, but not limited to: headaches, chronic pain, sinus/auditory conditions, anxiety, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and more.
This modality uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

Biodynamic Cranial Touch:
Biodynamic Cranial Touch offers a session of “doing” through stillness, presence and non-doing. With the therapist getting out of the way as an efferent energy (by offering a technique or particular intention). As a result this allows the client to heal and change on their own. The technique is very quiet and stillness is maintained for long periods of time. Often only 5-8 contacts, or holds, are completed within a session.
Deep Tissue Massage:
Relax, unwind, and heal. Deep tissue massage applies pressure to several layers of muscle, tendons, and other tissues found deep within the skin. This type of massage can relieve pain and reduce muscle stiffness. As an added bonus, deep tissue massages are highly therapeutic.
